Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") announces the appointment of Ms. Jennifer Tabone, residing at 17, Silver Lining, Triq l-Algerija, Naxxar as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from 1st June 2015.

Ms. Tabone occupied the post of Accounts Manager of the Company since November 2011.

There is no matter regarding Ms. Tabone that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
