The Investment Bank of Greece S.A. has been appointed to act as financial adviser to the Special Administrator of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd ("CPB"), in connection with potential transactions involving the disposal of CPB's interest in financial institutions in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and Malta.

CPB is a shareholder of Lombard Bank Malta plc.
