The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

The directors are pleased to announce that the Group has achieved yet another important milestone in April 2015 with the signing of a new licence agreement with a bank in Vietnam. This licence agreement marks a significant step in the Group's plans for further penetration of the Asian market.

Further to our statement dated 19 November 2014, the Group has also concluded one of the letters of intent with a UK processing company and has now advanced to the stage of contract negotiation.

The Group has continued to intensify its marketing and sales drive by increasing sales resources and participating in industry conferences and events thus ensuring that RS2 and BankWORKS® maintain a consistently high profile in the market. These activities are generating positive leads that are expected to increase business prospects throughout the coming months.

During the first quarter of 2015, the Group has progressed significantly with the planned construction of its new office in Gozo. The building is approaching completion and is expected to be operational by Q3 this year.
