Mariner Finance p.l.c. announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on the 28th April 2015 at which:

a. the Consolidated Audited Financial Statement for the period ending 31st December 2014 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors were considered and approved;

the appointment of Deloitte Audit Limited as Auditors of the Company was ڪ approved and the Board of Directors was authorized to fix their remuneration; and

c. Edward Hili, Michela Borg, Kevin Saliba, Lawrence Zammit and Nicholas Bianco were reconfirmed as Non Executive Directors.
