Following the allotment on the close of business of the 16 January 2015 of 30,000,000 bonus shares of a nominal value of €1.00 each fully paid up, Bank of Valletta p.l.c.'s issued and paid up capital increased to €360,000,000 divided into 360,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each fully paid up. Consequently, as at 31 January 2015, the total number of voting rights has increased to 360,000,000 votes.
Bank of Valletta p.l.c. has an authorised share capital of €500,000,000 divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each.
