Mr David Paul Attard (I.D. No 29268M) of 33, Triq Milner, Sliema was appointed Director with effect from 16 January 2015.

Mr Attard is Chief Officer – Group Corporate Services with Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c.

There is no matter concerning Mr Attard requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
