Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mr Michael Farrugia, Director, residing at Balluta Terraces, Block 3, Flat 18, Triq ir-Rampa ta' San Giljan, St. Julians as Chief Business Development Officer of the Company, with effect from 01st February 2015.

Mr Farrugia will so assume responsibility for the development of the internationalisation team and strategy which he will implement in line with the Company's vision and mission. He will be directly involved in new product development, placing emphasis on the development and launch of new products for both export and local markets.

No matter concerning Mr Farrugia requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
