Malta International Airport plc (the "Company")

Announces appointment of New Head of Security

In Terms of Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules

The Company announces that Mr Patrick Murgo has been appointed Designate Head of Security as from 1st January 2015. Patrick Murgo joined the Company last April as Procurement Executive, and will now be taking over the responsibility of the Security Department.

Mr Murgo has extensive experience in this field. Between 2004 and 2009 he worked with the Company as Head of the Fire and Rescue Department, and later occupied the role of Director at the Civil Protection Department.

He replaces Mr Patrick Cuschieri who recently resigned from his post as Head of Security.
