Company Appointments

The Chairman and Board of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI) announce the following changes:

• The role of CEO is henceforth jointly held by Mr Joseph Fenech in charge of Corporate Affairs and Mr Simon Naudi in charge of Development. Mr Naudi will also continue in his role as CEO of CHI Limited, the hotel operating arm of IHI;
• Mr Fenech and Mr Naudi have resigned as Directors of IHI; and
• Mr Joe Galea has been appointed Group CFO of IHI and Mr Neville Fenech has been appointed Director of Finance of IHI.
