Appointment of non-executive Director

Mr Abuagila Almahdi has been appointed as non-executive Director of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. with effect from 16th October 2014.

Mr Almahdi joined Libya Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) in 1999 and has served as Deputy Managing Director until he was appointed Vice Chairman of Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited in February 2014. He is also Chairman of Medelec Switchgear Limited.

Mr Abuagila holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Tripoli University, a postgraduate diploma in accounting from the Academy of Graduate Economic Studies Tripoli and a Master in Finance, Accounting and Management from Bradford University School of Management.

Mr Almahdi is a Libyan citizen (passport number G2G519KH) and resides at 126, Triq Is-Sirk, Swieqi.

There is no matter concerning Mr Almahdi which requires disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
