COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company announcement issued by Santumas Shareholdings pic pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Santumas Shareholdings p.I.e. (the "Company") announces that is has been granted approval by the Malta Financial Services Authority to surrender its collective investment scheme licence. The Listing Authority has also approved the new Prospectus submitted and the Company has received authorisation for the discontinuation of listing of its shares as a collective investment scheme and the simultaneous admissibility to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange of the entire 1,831,716 ordinary shares in the Company having a nominal value of €0.55.

Pursuant to such approval, the Company announces that its listed shares shall be suspended as from 7 th October 2014 and the shares are expected to be re-listed with the Company's new status as a property holding company on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange as from the 9th October 2014 and to re-commence trading on the 10th October 2014.

The Prospectus will be available on the website of the Company (www.santumasmalta.com) and at the registered office of the Company as from the 8th October 2014.
