The Company announces that it has, on the 15 September 2014, purchased €4,600 of its 7% Bonds 2017-2020 from its bondholders. In accordance with Section 38.10 of the Company's Prospectus dated 25 January 2010, these purchased Bonds will be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold.
