Announces Annual General Meeting and Record Date

Santumas Shareholdings p.I.e. announces that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company will be held on Wednesday 24th September 2014 at lO.OOhrs at the Chamber of Commerce, Valletta.

Shareholders on the Company's Register of Members at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange as at the 25th August 2014 will receive notice of the AGM together with a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. Pursuant to the Malta Stock Exchange Bye-Laws, the Register of Members as at close of business on 25th August 2014 will include trades undertaken up to, and including, 20th August 2014.
