COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Santumas Shareholdings pic pursuant to Rule 1.26.1 of the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Santumas Shareholdings pic held on Monday 1st September 2014, it was agreed that the Company submit an application to delist the shares of the Company from the Malta Stock Exchange under its current format as a Collective Investment Scheme and simultaneously apply to the Listing Authority to list its shares as a property holding company in terms of Chapter 7 of the Listing Rules. An Annual General Meeting shall be convened on the 24th September 2014, notice and details of which shall be dispatched to all shareholders of the Company tomorrow, at which, amongst other matters, a resolution to approve a bonus share issue to all shareholders of the Company appearing on its register of members as at 3rd September 2014 shall be proposed.
