Announces approval of the Interim Financial Statements and declaration of Interim Dividend

QUOTE

During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday 30th July 2014, the Group's interim financial statements for the six months ended 30th June 2014 were approved.

The interim financial statements are available for viewing at the registered office of the Company and on the Company's website www.maltairport.com

The Directors have also approved a net interim dividend of €0.03 per share (gross €0.0461538) equivalent to €4,059,000 for payment on all shares settled as at close of business on Monday 18th August 2014 and payable by not later than 21st September 2014.
