In Terms of Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules

QUOTE

Reference is made to the Company Announcement 182/2014. The date by when the net interim dividend should be payable should read 12th September 2014 and not 21st September 2014.

The full paragraph should therefore read as follows;

"The Directors have also approved a net interim dividend of €0.03 per share (gross €0.0461538) equivalent to €4,059,000 for payment on all shares settled as at close of business on Monday 18th August 2014 and payable by not later than 12th September 2014"

Any inconvenience caused by this inadvertent error is regretted.
