The following is a company announcement issued by Santumas Shareholdings p.l.c. pursuant to the Listing Rules.

Santumas Shareholdings p.l.c. (the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Norbert Tabone as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 4th July 2014. Mr. Tabone resides at "Jeanor", Triq NerikXerri, Kirkop.

Mr. Tabone is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) degree from the University of Malta. He is a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He practiced in the profession with PricewaterhouseCoopers and was mainly involved in statutory audit engagements. Currently, he holds the position of Group Financial Controller within the Mercury Group of companies, a diversified group which operates in the tourism sector, commercial and office property rentals, property development and investment management. He is also the Company Secretary of Amalgamated Investments SICAV p.l.c. and an assistant lecturer in auditing and financial reporting at the University of Malta.

No matter concerning Mr. Tabone requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
