The following is a company announcement issued by Mariner Finance p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
QUOTE
The Company is pleased to announce that the €35,000,0000 5.3% Unsecured Bonds 2024 that were issued by the Company in terms of the Prospectus dated 2 June 2014 have today been admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange.
Dealing in the Bonds is expected to commence tomorrow, Wednesday 9th July 2014.
