The following is a company announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. in compliance with Listing Rule 5.86.

INTERIM DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c. announces that for the period between the 1st January 2014 and the date of this Announcement, the performance of the Company was within that projected for the period under review as contained in the prospectus dated 2nd July 2012, and that there were no material events that had an impact on the financial position of the Company. This statement is based on the unaudited management accounts of Malita Investments p.l.c. as at the 31st March 2014.

Subject to any unforeseen circumstances, the Directors expect the Company's financial performance for the financial year ending on the 31st December 2014 to be within those projected for the period as reflected in the aforementioned prospectus.
