The following is a company announcement issued by Medserv p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

Reference is made to the €20,000,000 Secured and Guaranteed Debt Issuance Programme approved by the Listing Authority for the admissibility to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange (the "Programme") and to Company Announcement No. 101 of 30 April 2014.

The Company announces that the registration process relating to the second and final tranche of the first and final series under the Programme (the "Second Tranche") was completed a day earlier than anticipated. Accordingly the Second Tranche is expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on the 8 May 2014 and trading is expected to commence on the 9 May 2014.
