QUOTE

The Company announces that its subsidiary Medserv (Cyprus) Limited has been awarded the contract for the provision of operational support services to ENI for their forthcoming drilling programme offshore Cyprus. These will be provided from Medserv's new base at the port of Larnaca in Cyprus. The contract which was signed with ENI (Cyprus) Limited on 28th January in Nicosia is effective on 1st June 2014 and covers a period of three years with an option to extend for a further period of two years.
