During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Tuesday 11 March 2014, the Directors approved a net interim dividend of €0.084 per share (gross €0.095) equivalent to €840,000 (gross €954,545) for payment on all shares settled as at close of business on 21 March 2014 and payable by not later than 15 April 2014.
