This is a company announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Listing Rule 5.16.5 of the Listing Rules:

The Company announces that Mr Ben Stuart has resigned his position as General Manager of the Company and will leave the Company on 28th February 2014. The operations of the Company shall continue to be vested in the Company's Chief Executive Officer and its finance team, and marina management shall continue to vest in Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Limited.

The Board of Directors have expressed their gratitude to Mr Ben Stuart for his years of service to the Company.
