Following the allotment on the close of business of the 17 January 2014 of 30,000,000 bonus shares of a nominal value of €1.00 each fully paid up, Bank of Valletta p.l.c.'s issued and paid up capital increased to €330,000,000 divided into 330,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each fully paid up. Consequently, as at 31 January 2014, the total number of voting rights has increased to 330,000,000 votes.

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. has an authorised share capital of €500,000,000 divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €1.00 each.
