The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Liquidation of a Company's Shareholder (5% & 10% threshold)

The Company announces that it has been notified that Fortress Developments Limited ("Fortress"), which held 25,351,833 shares constituting more than 10% of the issued share capital and voting rights in the Company, was placed in liquidation on the 12 December 2013, and that in terms of an approved scheme of distribution, the assets of Fortress consisting of shares in the Company were distributed in specie by the liquidator to Fortress' shareholders.

It follows that the shareholding of Fortress has fallen below the 10% and 5% thresholds respectively.
