The Company announces to the general public that following the relinquishment of Mr Nicholas Maris as director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Clive Whiley as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr Whiley also occupies the office of director of the Company and the Chief Executive Officer of the parent company of Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. (Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments Ltd).
