Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the "Bank") announces that Mr Christian Lemmerich retired as Chairman and Director of the Bank following upon the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Mr Michael C Bonello (ID Card No 575745M) of 18/5, Sir Adrian Dingli Street, Sliema was appointed Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Mr Bonello is also a director of Island Hotels Group Holdings plc (C44855) and Global Mediscience Fund Sicav plc (SV226). There is no further information to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.4 to 5.20.9.
