Announces Annual General Meeting and Record Date

Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. announces that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on the 26 June 2013.

Shareholders on the Company's Register of Members at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange as at the 27 May 2013 will receive notice of the AGM together with a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. Pursuant to the Malta Stock Exchange Bye-Laws, the Register of Members as at close of business on 27 May 2013 will include trades undertaken up to, and including, 22 May 2013.
