Statement issued in terms of the Listing Authority Policy on Sinking Funds: International Hotel Investments plc. 6.25% €35,000,000 Bonds 2015-2019 Sinking Fund

This is to confirm that, on the 28" December 2012, Bank of Valletta plc was appointed as the Trustee of a Sinking Fund that was originally set up by International Hotel Investments plc in December 2011 with an independent financial intermediary.

As at 31ª December 2012, the Trustee of the Sinking Fund held the sum of €2,187,500 which amount is in line with the planned schedule. These funds are held in a Savings Account with our institution. This is in line with the investment parameters stipulated in the prospectus governing this bond and the policy guidelines established by the Listing Authority.

Statement issued in terms of the Listing Policy on Sinking Funds: International Hotels Investment plc 6.25% €25,000,000 Bonds 2017-2020 Sinking Fund

This is to confirm that, on the 28th December 2012, Bank of Valletta plc was appointed as a Trustee of a Sinking Fund.

As at 315 December 2012, the Trustee of the Sinking Fund held the sum of €35,714 which amount is in line with the planned schedule. These funds are held in a Savings Account with our institution.

This is in line with the investment parameters stipulated in the prospectus governing this bond and the policy guidelines established by the Listing Authority.
