Reference is made to the Company Announcement 77/2013 issued by the Company with respect to the declaration of an interim dividend.

The Company wishes to inform the public that, whilst the reported net dividend amount was correctly stated to be €0.12 per share (total: €1,200,000), the gross dividend amount ought to have been reported as being €0.1364 per share (total: €1,363,636), as opposed to €0.134 (€1,344,000).

Any inconvenience caused by this inadvertent error is regretted.
