During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday 27 February 2013, the Directors approved a net interim dividend of €0.12 per share (gross €0.134) equivalent to €1,200,000 (gross €1,344,000) for payment on all shares settled as at close of business on 8 March 2013 and payable by not later than 15 March 2013.
