GRAND HARBOUR MARINA P.L.C. (THE "COMPANY")

This is a company announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Listing Rule 5.16.5 of the Listing rules:

The Company has been made aware that, with effect from the 14 December 2012, Mr Nicholas Maris relinquished his directorship and his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The operations of the Company shall continue to be vested in the Company's general manager and its finance team and the marina management shall continue to vest in Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Limited. Until such time as the post of chief executive officer of the Company is filled, the Chairman of the Company, Mr Lawrence Zammit, will perform an oversight role with the aim of enabling the board to effectively monitor the financial and operational performance of the Company.

The board of directors have expressed their gratitude to Mr Nicholas Maris for his years of service to the Company.
