Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. announces that, on the 4 January 2012 Ms Claudia Abela resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The board of directors has expressed its gratitude to Ms Claudia Abela for her years of service to the Company. Mr Andrew Farrugia has been appointed financial controller of the Company and has assumed the responsibilities previously carried out by Ms Abela.
