The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the Bank) is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 14 March 2013 to:-

(i) Approve the Group's and the Bank's final Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2012.
(ii) Consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.

The Bank also announces that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 April 2013 and further information relating to the Annual General Meeting will be announced at a later date and published on the Bank's website www.lombardmalta.com.mt in the Investor Relations section.
