New Bond Issue

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (the Company) is pleased to announce that the issue of €20,000,000 5.8% Bonds 2021 has been oversubscribed.

In terms of the Prospectus, the Company will be announcing the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation policy by 18th December 2012.
