The following Ordinary resolutions are being presented for consideration at the 49th Annual General Meeting of Santumas Shareholdings pic which is scheduled to be held on Thursday 6th December 2012 at the Chamber of Commerce, Valletta.

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

• 1 . That the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th April 2012 comprising the Financial Statements and the Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon, be hereby received and approved.
• 1. That the reappointment of Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants as Auditors, be hereby approved and the Board of Directors be hereby authorised to establish their remuneration.
• 1. That Dr. Edward Firman and Chev. Anthony P. Demajo be re-elected as Directors in accordance with Clause 1 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
