The Board of Directors of Malta International Airport plc is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 17th July 2012 to consider and, if considered appropriate, approve the Company's Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30th June 2012.

It is also expected that the Board of Directors will consider the payment of an interim dividend during this meeting.
