Interim Directors' Statement

The Board of Directors hereby announces that since the publication, on 25 April 2012, of its preliminary statement of annual results for the financial year ended 31 January 2012, no material events and/or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the Holding Company and its controlled undertakings, such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

The Group continues to operate in a highly competitive environment. Much depends on consumer confidence and tourism performance. To-date, the overall Group performance is largely in line with the group's targets and compares favourably to the results achieved during the comparative period last year.
