Audited Annual Financial Statements

Reference is made to the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial period ended 31 December 2011 available for viewing on the Company's website (http://www.cnmarinas.com/ghm-investorrelations/notifications-publications). The Company wishes to inform the public that the Directors' Statement of Compliance with the Code of Good Corporate Governance contained therein erroneously discloses the aggregate figures of directors' remuneration as being €55,039. The correct figure is €52,039. The reported figures in the Statements of Comprehensive Income and Note 24.2 correctly disclose the aggregate directors' remuneration being €52,039.
