The Company hereby announces that Mr Michael Hoeferer and Mr Nikolaus Gretzmacher have been appointed as non-executive directors of Malta International Airport plc, with effect as of the l0 May 2012.

Mr Hoeferer was appointed as Chairman of the Board at a meeting of the directors following the last AGM of 10 May 2012.
