Appointment of Deputy CEO & CCO

In terms of Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules	5.16.5/5.20

Further to changes to the Company management structure, approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 5th June 2012, which are intended to reinforce its structure, the Company hereby announces that:

Mr Austin Calleja, Chief Finance Officer and Executive Director, has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer with effect from the 1 st July 2012.

Mr. Alan Borg has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer with effect from the 1 st July 2012. In view of article 58.6 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr Borg has also been appointed as Executive Director with effect from the same date. Mr Borg previously held the post of Head of Airline Marketing within the Company.

The Chairman, Mr Hoeferer, explained that this management structure including the appointment of a Chief Commercial Officer has been taken in the context of the challenges being faced by the industry globally, and is intended to set the Company on a better footing in its endeavour to target new markets and further develop the Company's aviation-related business segment.
