Announces Annual General Meeting and Record Date

Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. announces that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on the 27 June 2012.

Shareholders on the Company's Register of Members at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange as at the 28 May 2012 will receive notice of the AGM together with a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. Pursuant to the Malta Stock Exchange Bye-Laws, the Register of Members as at close of business on 28 May 2012 will include trades undertaken up to and including 23 May 2012.
