Gap Developments plc announces a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ending the 31st December, 2011.

Due to internal restructuring the Audited Financial Statements have been delayed to provide an accurate picture of the business of the company and will be published by the 8th June, 2012.

Pending publication of the Audited Financial Statements, certain information concerning the financial position and results of operation of the Company as at 3185 December 2011 can be obtained from the Management Accounts following a request in writing by anyone having an interest and a right to request such information.
