RS2 Software p.l.c. COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on the 13th April 2012 to:

1. Consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
1. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend to be recommended to the Company's Annual General Meeting.
