COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors of Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 15 March 2012 to:-

(i) Consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
(ii) Consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.
