Acquisition of Marina San Gorg Limited

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI) has completed the acquisition of Marina San Gorg Limited, owner of the 200-room Marina Hotel located at St George's Bay.

The Board of IHI considers that this transaction will provide greater possibilities of economies of scale and synergies between the Corinthia Hotel St George's Bay and the Marina Hotel to meet the challenges of a competitive environment.
