The Board of Directors of Malta International Airport plc is scheduled to meet on the 22nd March 2012 to consider and approve the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2011.

The Board of Directors shall also consider whether to declare and make a recommendation to the shareholders for the payment of a dividend.
