Repurchase of treasury shares

Pursuant to Article 7:215 § 1 of the Companies and Associations Code and Article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Companies and Associations Code, Colruyt Group NV has announced that between 19 May 2025 and 23 May 2025 it repurchased a total of 35.506 treasury shares on the regulated market Euronext Brussels, on an MTF or outside an organised trading facility in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Colruyt Group's Board of Directors carried out this purchase under the terms of the authorisation granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 8 October 2024.

As a result of this transaction, the company held a total of 3.571.210 treasury shares on 23 May 2025, representing 2,87 % of the total number of shares issued (124.497.858).
