This Document has been drawn up pursuant to Article 1 sec. 5 lit. g Regulation EU 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC of 2003/71/EC of June 14, 2017 (Journal of Laws UE.L No. 168, p. 12).
