Changes in the CEZ Supervisory Board

At its meeting on February 27, 2025, the Supervisory Board discussed the statement of František Novotný on his resignation from the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s. and, at his request, approved the termination of his position as Vice-Chairman as of February 28, 2025.

At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Ing. Marta Ctiborová to the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective from 1 March 2025.
